Ohad Topor
Ohad Topor is the Founder and Chairman of TCK Investments, South Korea’s first independent multi-family office. Established in 2011 with founding backing from Oaktree Capital, TCK’s flagship strategy has delivered +301% returns (4.01x multiple) since 2013. With 25 years of experience investing in various global asset classes including stocks, bonds, private equity, and venture capital, Ohad pioneered Korea's fiduciary advisory model. His leadership earned WealthBriefingAsia’s 2026 “Outstanding Contribution to Wealth Management” award, with TCK named "Best Multi-Family Office" for three consecutive years (2024–2026). Ohad authored Masters of Business, shares insights in The New York Times and other media appearances, and served in Israeli military intelligence. Ohad holds an MBA from Stanford University and a BA in Economics from Tel Aviv University.
Mark Tetto
Mark Tetto is Co-CEO of TCK. Mark brings 18 years of finance experience spanning investment banking, corporate M&A, private equity and venture capital investing. Prior to TCK, Mark was at Samsung Electronics’ corporate M&A team, where he spent four years successfully acquiring companies and building the firm’s M&A practice. Previously, Mark was with Morgan Stanley, working in New York and London on M&A and corporate finance, raising funding for clients in excess of $1Bn. Mark holds a BA in Chemistry from Princeton University, and an MBA from The Wharton School, with a concentration in Finance.
James Young
James Young is Co-CEO of TCK, and brings over 35 years of finance and investment expertise in the global markets. He has invested and managed assets in traditional and private markets while based in New York, Hong Kong, and Seoul. James joined TCK from National Pension Service (NPS), where he successfully led their first $1bn hedge fund investment. Prior to TCK and NPS, he was with TongYang Asset Management as Head of Global Asset Division, and as derivatives specialist with UBS and Calyon based in Hong Kong. James holds a BS in Industrial Engineering from Columbia University.
Howard Marks
Mr. Marks is a Senior Advisor to the group and served on the Board for 7 years with Mr Topor. He is Co-Founder and Co-Chairman of Oaktree Capital. Today Oaktree is one of the largest alternative investment managers with approximately $202 billion under management as of December 2024. In 2019, Brookfield Asset Management acquired a majority interest in Oaktree, and Mr. Marks joined Brookfield's Board of directors. Prior to co-founding Oaktree, he held positions at The TCW Group, Inc. from 1985 to 1995, and previously at Citicorp from 1969 to 1985. Mr. Marks also served as the chairman of University of Pennsylvania’s Trustees’ Investment Board (Endowment) from 2000 to 2010. Mr. Marks holds an MBA from the Graduate School of Business of the University of Chicago and a BSEc from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
Young-Key Hwang
Mr. Young-Key (YK) Hwang is Senior Advisor to TCK. Mr. Hwang was the Chairman of the Korea Financial Investment Association (KOFIA) from 2015 to 2018. He is currently Chairman of ChildFund Korea, the oldest and one of the largest child welfare organizations in Korea. Earlier he held top positions in the most prominent organizations in Korea. Among them: Chairman and CEO of Woori Financial Group & Woori Bank, Chairman and CEO of KB Financial Group, the largest banking group in Korea, Corporate Treasurer of Samsung Electronics, President and CEO of Samsung Investment Trust Management, the largest asset manager in Korea and, President and CEO of Samsung Securities. Mr. Hwang earned his B.A. in International Economics from Seoul National University, and M. Sc. in Accounting and Finance from the London School of Economics.
